When you concentrate,is it normal to feel your pulse in your fingers or anywhere else?

Is it cuz your heart is beating too hard or is it just normal? and what does it mean if your heart beats at a normal rate but hard?

You could have high blood pressure. You could feel your pulse in your thumb because theres a large vein in it, that's why they tell you to check pulses with your index and middle fingers.

it's when u fine tune ur focusing . u should be able to hear ur blood flowing thru ur body.plus pin point certain locations as well.it can be very enlightening. becare ful when u do this because u will catch ur self exclude-ing all else out of Ur consciousness

it's normal. the strength of your pulse also should depend on your age, weight, blood pressure.

I can feel my pulse sometimes. Don't worry about it. I can feel it in my neck, and there is nothing wrong with that.
