get a fhi with a heat setting or a chi turbo. both work very well on kinky hair. i almost never use a pressing comb anymore! They are ceramic and get hot enough to press coarse hair bone straight! the run from 100 to 180 but it is well worth it. Your press will last a long time the warranty on the are great so you can get a replacement if you ever have a problem. try www.folica.com for either one.

Buy a Chi straightener. Works great for me. Worth the money.

You have beautiful hair! If you must straigthen it (which I wouldn't) I would use a good ceramic flat iron. Don't do it too often or you will damage that wonderful head of hair you have.
