Every stage in your life is the best if you maximize your capacities and truly live it well. Childhood years is the simplest and most comforable stage of life because you do not have to work for anything. You are not aware of any problems the world is experiencing. Adolscent stage is fun because you start to know yourself, understand the opposite sex, begin to those romantic feelings and face a little bit of problems. 20s-30s are those years where you start to work for yourself and reap the rewards of your hard work, party hard, get drunk and not think of tomorrow, start a family and be happy. They say that life begins at 40. Im not sure but maybe it's true. The older phase may even be better because you've done a lot of things in your life. You also become very stable, not think much of how to earn money or how to raise a family since your children have already grown up and you're already enjoying the company of your grandchildren.
The best age is really relative to every person. But personally, it's just a matter of being happy with your current age, not regretting anything that you did in the past or not do and thinking of whatever good things the future might bring to you.

This is a difficult question and the answer would be differnet for everyone.
For me, I think the best age would be late 20's. You're still young and beautiful, but you are mare mature mentally ie. you know more about what you want or don't want in life.
I am 31 at the moment and I think thats a pretty good age too. Just wish I could turn back the clock and change some things that I've done in the past. But I guess thats the rich tapestry that makes me who I am.

About 35 I think is a good age. You've learned enough of life's lessons to hopefully keep you out of trouble and not old enough for your health to go downhill. About 9 years ago.

Thirty. That's when people might actually start to take you seriously (in a professional setting, that is).
I'm so jealous because my best friend just turned 30 yesterday and I have to wait 6 months.
LOL
