dog-on!!! how old are you??? I agree It must be cool to not have your parents arround to monitor what you do....just make sure you don't get into drugs or bad habits. If you still want to report them and get them in trouble look up social work services in the yellow pages. Good luck

The simple and quickest answer is to call 911 and tell the dispatcher on the other end what is going on and that you need help. He/She will contact the right people who can best help you in your horrible situation.
