Infants are safer in the womb than just about anywhere else, but that's not what you are asking.

I recommend you see you ob/gny and tell him or her you were kicked in the stomach. They can run tests for fetal distress.

Be very alert for spotting. I am no doctor, but if you were kicked hard enough there could be damage to the baby or to the placenta, which keeps him or her alive.

A Fetus is protected by all that water that acts as a kinda cushion for the baby, if you start leaking water or bleeding or having contracions or experiencing anything unusual get to the hospital. I Was in a car accident 7 days before by daughter was due to be born by c-section she was born 36 hours after the accident but was and is healthy and beauiful.

Your womb is pretty strong but if you were kicked you would need to have an ultrasound done to make sure that the placenta is still intact and that no amniotic fluid is leaking out because that is seriously dangerous if it gets mixed into your blood stream

i'd hate to know why you're asking this question.. they are much safer when they are smaller.. as they get bigger, not so safe, easier to injure. a kick at 7 months could cause bleeding, maybe more injury i guess it would depend where and how hard.
