The thing is, people always generalize and group others together in one bunch. That's where hate comes from. That's how wars get started. Hating on a large level.
It's really sad. But I don't believe everyone is like that. In fact, I don't believe MOST people hate Muslims in general. I think it's just the sense we get because the media always spreads the bad things and never the good things. We are so overtaken by everything we forget our own thoughts.
I hope there can be peace soon. I don't know though. I hope this answer helps you be more peaceful if you aren't.

No, certainly not, there are many tolerant and peace loving Muslims in the world.
It does seem, though, that most of the Muslim CLERICS seem to hate the non-Muslim nations. Their rants and sermons are so bad they aren't translated into English because they sound so inflamatory.

I would think there are some that are normal people but the ones you see on tv just seem to want to kill someone or everyone.

i just watched a cnn show on osama bin laden and it definitely seems so, as if they're trying to get everyone to convert to islam. from what i've heard though, islam is not a peaceful religion at all. i wouldn't find that hard to believe.
