is getting oral from a woman better than getting it from a man? some of my bi- female friends have told me that only a woman knows a woman's body ! is there any truth to this?

I don't know about that, but going with girls and guys certainly doubles your chances for a date, doesn't it?

it is better for girls to give then recieve cuz to me it is nasty to recieve and guys think they know but they really dont!
