Both Hitler and Gandhi are dead awating a resurrection and judgement.
There is no hell which you were taught. An Italian Florentine poet, Durante degli Alighieri, better known as Dante Alighieri or just Dante, June 1, 1265 – September 13/14, 132, created the idea of the hell that is taught to the world. Through his stage play la Divina Commedia (The Divine Comedy) the whole world has been and is being decived about a place that does not exist nor will it ever come into being..
This is what God tells us is going to happen to the evil ones.
Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day is coming, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day thats coming shall burn them up, say's the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.
Malachi 4:2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and you shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
Malachi 4:3 And you shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, say's the LORD of hosts.Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Did you notice the word the dead. No one is in heaven and no one is going there.Rev 20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Notice it says the saints will rule ( reign ) with Jesus. Where will we rule? Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Hitler goes to heaven only if A) he repented/converted and B) he didn't commit suicide.
However, when I asked this question, it was generally agreed upon that a Hitler could get to heaven in the manner I've described while his Jewish victims, those who did not sincerely convert to Christianity, would go to hell.
Bear in mind I am reporting the consensus of the answers, not my opinion.
If there is anyone who thinks this is about as perverse as a religion can get, they're following my own thinking on this matter.

Wakeup,
Waking up might be a good idea. Perhaps this will be a lesson to you on the need to have specific knowledge about a subject before you post on it. Adolf Hitler considered Christianity a Jewish contagion that weakened German culture. He hated Christianity.
Whatever it is that motivates you to a hatred of Christianity you would find people more willing to listen to you if you could try to curb your prejudices and even as a critic post valid comments.

If Adolph Hitler repented and believed in the One God sent, Jesus, then yes he would go to heaven. But he didn't.
If Gandhi never repented of his sins and rejected God's free gift of salvation in and through Jesus Christ then yes, Gandhi would end up in eternal punishment.
Please note that even though Gandhi did many great things and fought for peace he still, nevertheless, still had sin in his life. One can not get to heaven by good works. It's only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

why in the world would you think hitler would go to heaven...he was pure evil.....just because one used the guise of saying they were a Christian doesn't mean they were at all....any body can see that he was not a Christian just by his actions.......don't be foolish.....and Gandhi if he didn't confess Jesus as Lord well then chances are he is not there either.

I'm not the judge of manking - that job belongs to Jesus. I'm pretty sure you have that backwards though. John 5:29 says, "Then they will come out of their graves. Those who did good will rise and live forever, but those who did evil will rise to be judged guilty." You do the math!

it is not our place to judge. you must also understand that even if a person did things as horrible as hitler or lead as many people astray as gandhi they can both still go to heaven by accepting christ and asking forgiveness.

You obviously like to put a ton a baiting and provocative (albeit ignorant, immature and lame ) questions in this category. You have tons of them. All the same. It's embarrassing for you really. Please grow up some and try to post something that is a tiny bit intelligent and reasonable for once.

Christians, if they are really Christians (or fans of the Beach Boys), would say, "God only knows."
