Assume I eat one-third of a peeled banana, every day, for my entire life. Is there any "part" of the average banana that is "better" for me from a nutritional standpoint? By that, I mean, does the top third (nearest the stem) have more nutrients than the bottom third, or the middle of the fruit? Or is the nutritional value dispersed evenly throughout?

I think it would all be the same. But I have heard that at the tip of the end of the banana is a common place for spiders to lay their eggs. So I always throw the very tip out.
