Do you have a virus program? Sure sounds like it might be a virus. Try updating your virus protection and running a full scan. I would think you might find something.

no it's not a virus, it's a messing file, it actually looks like a call function of like a java based program or something like that, what's happening is u have a program that is set to start when ur computer starts, but the program can't start because it can't find some .dll file, .dll are library files, anyways, what u need to do is disable that program from trying to start when the computer starts. follow these steps
1. go to start menu
2. click on run
3. type msconfig
a new wierd window will show up, choose the start up tab
ok now this list includes all the programs that are set to start up with ur PC, unselect any programs u don't need! this will increase the speed of ur computer, just stay away from ur antivirus files and any program that u need to start up with ur PC. to know which is which, read what's under command and location, u'll see some words of the name of the software.
again stay away from ur antivirus and this file:
ctfmon

it's a windows needed file!
good luck

That error is coming from your Creative Soundblaster software installed. The best way to recover from this error is to uninstall the software via the ADD/REMOVE panel from Control panel.

or if that dosent work, just go to START>RUN and type in msconfig,

when your in there, click the button which says selective startup, then click the tab which says startup, then look for somethin called motivesb.exe and uncheck that, click apply then restart and gone!

Usually this would occur is you're using a new program in an relatively outdated OS.

Try to install SP2 and the latest update, if you haven't done so.

Try to reinstall the corresponding application.
