Osama Bin laden has no interest in breaking Sadam out but you are right there certainly are plans to get him out by more loyal followers. Look at the number of prosecuters and judges already out of the case by resigning or sudden death. Unlikely they will succeed but they are going to try

First.thank you for your efforts to communicate in English. Saddam will never be broken out of prison, Iraqi's hate him and are glad he is locked up. The terrorists who have entered the country after the US disbanded the Iraqi police force and army and left the borders unguarded are fundamentalist Muslim who hate and despise Saddam as does bin Landen. Frankly no one wants him out of prison and most just hope that the public spectacle of a trial continues forever. It just makes the USA look ridiculous.
