My current favorite is:
1 banana
7 frozen strawberries
1 cup various frozen berries (raspberries/blackberries are good)
1 Tbs flax seed
1/2 cup oatmeal (it's good, I swear!)
1 cup vanilla soy milk (you could also use skim/whole milk)

I've been working on variations of this, but I'd like something different. Any good-n-healthy ideas would be great!

Thanks!

Try to freeze the bananas too...but peel them before you put the in the freezer. It will make your smoothie thicker--like an ice-cream!

Glad you found a smoothie recipe you like-I haven't found one yet and end up going to a smoothie shop and spending too much $!
