Only if they are on some kind of sick power trip. Yet the sad fact is many men make a woman cry and don't even know they have done it. Just not being sensitive to something obvious or not being nurturing at the right moment is something many of my male brothers have issues with.
So if some guy is getting pleasure out of that, that's pretty sick. If he's just too insecure and/or selfish to see the bigger picture...well, then sadly, that's about par for the course for most guys.

Only the heartless ones. Love and relationships hurt at times. Especially during the breakups. If a relationship is going nowhere and you have to break it off, there is going to be some crying, but noone should take any pleasure in it.

No, the pleasure is derived from watching them. Making them cry can sometimes be a pain in the ***.
