Hi there...We see cats drinking milk in commercials, old tv shows and the like. But the fact of the matter is that most cats are lactose intolerant. That means that they can't digest the sugars in milk. Milk also has very little to no nutritional value for cats. The fact of the matter is that a cat fed only on milk will become malnurished.
Although milk is not toxic to cats, it may have adverse effects. Simply put, adult cats fed a nutritious diet don't need milk, and many cats are lactose-intolerant, which means that the lactose in milk and milk products produces stomach upset, cramps, and gassiness.
As a staple cats should always have fresh, cool water available to them.

Actually its a common misconception that Cats drink milk ... cats don't drink milk ... u might think of giving the milk to a pet cat just once in a week!
Kittens might drink it more regularly.
My better advise to you would be that mix some milk and yogurt and make it like a thick paste and then give it to your cat ... don't give the milk regularly or the cat has high chances to get ill!

I hate to tell you this, but milk is not all that good for a cat. It can and usually does give them diarreah. Water is much better, and a good brand of dry cat food . . .

An adult cat shouldn't be drinking milk. Only kittens drink milk, from their mothers.

They should not be drinking milk. Give them plenty of clean water, washing and refilling the water bowl every day or as often as needed.

Cats shouldn't drink milk at all. It is bad for them and causes intestinal problems and kidney stones.
