That is what this life is about. If you have a desire to grow and learn in this life, it carries over as part of your personality. It isn't just to sit on your velvet throne.

How pleasant will the gardening be without weeds.

Heaven will be so awesome that you will not even think about the joys of this life. As hard as it is to believe, what we consider joy here will not compare to heaven. What will we do? I am not positive, except worship and serve God. We will judge angels (I Corinthians 6:3). During the 1000 year reign of Christ on earth we will sit on thrones of authority (Revelation 20:4), but that is not heaven.

We will not get bored. Boredom will not exist in heaven. You will never be looking for something to do. In the New Jerusalem (last chapters of Revelation, 21 and 22), you will live in a city 1400 miles wide, 1400 miles long and 1400 miles high. There is only one street in the whole thing, so how do we get around? We either fly, or just somehow move from place to place without having to walk. That would keep me occupied for a long time.

But really, heaven will be a blast. You won't have to worry about recreation, because the whole thing will just blow your mind. Every instant will be full of joy and excitement.

Looking forward to it, my friend.

Heaven is where we go when we die.as hell is where those who don`t believe go.When judgment day comes and each stands before God we will be judged and then we`ll no in what order or station we will hold in the new heaven and earth. Those who didn`t serve him will be cast into the pit of fire with the devil and his angels to burn for ever.(I believe that means the second death and for ever means you will be destroyed.)God said he was moving from the third heaven to the earth,The city will sit between two mountains and we the elect can enter and leave. We will have things to do,a work to do for God.There will be a thousand year reign with Christ .There will still be people born and living on earth through that thousand years.Remember time for God is different then our time. The scales will be lifted from our eyes and we will know what its all about then. This will happen after the great tribulation.

The problem is you have bought into the cartoon and movie version of Heaven. The Bible says it is a real place, not a cloud city and people with harps and wings. It's solid with streets that "look like transparent gold",you have to remember the visionaries didn't know how to describe some things they had no reference to.There are wonderful creatures up there some with wings some without. The Bible says "we will be known as we are known here"so you will recognize everyone."Hey, you're Sir Issac Newton, let's talk physics".I mean how great would that be .That will take up a couple of thousand years ,talking to different folks."Hi,Billy Graham,hi,Dr.Gee Scott let's shoot the breeze awhile..."Awsome,then God says we have much work to do as kings and princes(Queens and Princesses too I'm sure)for him.Maybe in other Galxies?Cool.

From my understanding if you sin you can not go to heaven. And the like for the sinners, if you have sined you will have an everlasting burn in hell.

Ok so now I got lucky and never sinned and I went to heaven. Ok now my heaven would have to include my freinds and each of them reached deep in the loff of bread and took the good bread from the middle of the loff and left the heal and the other bread for others. So they was greedy and went to everlasting hell. So how can i have my heaven if my friends are in hell?

So this seems to conflict to me. Maybe I will be brain washed by god and never remember them.. Or maybe I will turn cold and hatefull like god is and damn them to hell as well. But that would not make me a very good person being I am not willing to help a freind. But what do you expect being the god you are serveing is that way.

I guess I don't see how it works. But who cares anyway it is just a fairy tale and a scam to get your money anyway.

Heaven in ANY form of ANY faith and ANY culture... would be wonderful.... problem is... who do the Angels let in?

I certainly do NOT want to enter a heaven full of Zealots, Murderers in the name of God, Intolerants, Judgementalists, Extremists and Sectarianists.... if the present day trend is the picture of the Denizens of Heaven... that is the Heaven I would opt not to go....

but I would like to go wherever Mother Teresa has been sent to... at least in that place I know I would be around one of the greatest most compassionate hearts that ever lived. Truly a reflection of what Divinity looks like

Our small minds cannot even conceive of the glories of Heaven. We are such small minded creatures. For example, can you imagine existing outside of time and space? Being in a place where time does not exist, where everything is now? I can't even wrap my mind around that concept. We are given a little glimpse of it in Scripture, like tasting the dew off a fresh strawberry, we get a hint of the sweetness, but do not know how lushes it truly is. I can't wait.

Heaven is 1000000% better than life on earth!!!!
No sicknesses, no sadness, no pain, no yelling & screaming, no car accidents, no drucnk drivers,no terroists, no worry about tomorrow, no failing anything, etc. Get the point!?
If Heaven was same as earth then there would be no reason for us to exist, for us to be on earth, God should have just kept us in Heaven. Earth has is nature catastrophies-hurricanes, volcanos, earthquakes, etc. Then animals kill and carry diseases, then add humans to the mix and hell - we do as we please, many don't care about others, cancers, accidential/untimely deaths, sadness, worry, etc. Yes there is good and happiness on earth but not everyone experiences that. Heaven is where it's at.
Hope to see you there some day!

Revelation 21:3&4 Verse 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. Verse 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes . There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." So since we won't have death, mourning, crying, or pain then we will have joy and we won't have boredom or the stress of succeeding. Heaven is a wonderful place beyond what our minds could ever imagine. Don't forget God answers prayer and he wants us to come to him with every question and every need. Nothing is to small for God. God bless you!!!! :) :) :)
