It is very gross to go into a stall and have to clean it before I can use it. Even when toilet seat covers are provided I find this. It is not just once in a while either. And I don't have the luxury of waiting til I get home, as I only see home about every six weeks! It is so bad I have begun carrying baby wipes everywhere. Women, please, clean up after yourselves!

Being a Man does not mean we do not know the answer to the question you pose... the answer is.. Most women do not like to use Public water closets. so instead of taking the time to put the paper that seperates ( (_,_) ) from the actual seat they will simply, not touch the seat and as a result... No aiming capacity lol... so the seat gets wet...sorry .. but it is what it is...im a plumber ..probably how i got the answer... what do i win? lol...... kisses all.

It's poor aiming, generally women don't sit on outside toilets, but you are right they should clean it up if they miss. "If you sprinkle when you twinkle, please be neat and wipe the seat" used to be a note at times in the ladies bathroom. BTW it's a known fact that there are certain nasties that women can easily get from sitting on public toilet stools due to the close proximity of the opening of a woman's ..... LOL!

This happens at the college where I work. More often when the students are on campus. I think it is disgusting. People should clean up after themselves when using a public facility.
And you should wash your hands when you're through.

It's because women are such stupid creatures. They pee on the toilet seat because of the non-existant germs that they're so afraid of getting from the toilet seat - in the process, getting the toilet seat dirty!
