Every so often I feel really really bad. I feel like I am going to puke (but I never do), my vision becomes blurry, and I overallcan't walk straight. This happened once in fourth grade and a couple of times when I was in sixth grade ( I am now in 6th). It is happening increasingly. I hate this and need I repeat need to know what to do.

It sounds like your glucose level (better known as blood sugar level) could be getting low. I am a diabetic myself and when my level drops I get dizzy, feel like I'm gonna puke (but never do), and if it is low enough my vision is impaired. This doesn't mean that you are a diabetic, but you could be hypoglycemic- which means your body produces to much insulin sometimes and you haven't eaten enough carbs or sugar to cover it. I would mention this to my doctor just in case, because diabetes is known as the "silent killer"- meaning alot of people die due to complications from the disease but they don't even know they have it. I hope this helps!

It's okay to tell your parents and school nurse. It could be anything from allergies/colds, needing glasses, not eating enough or something that requires medication.

Never keep strange symptons to yourself. You're not a doctor and even if there are any doctors on this site they can't help you because they're unable to examine you through the internet.

Always remember it's easier to fix a problem when it's small.

I have low blood sugar, and the symptoms you describe are how I feel when my blood sugar level is really low. But, I am not a doctor, and it could be something else totally different than just low blood sugar.

Sounds like you need to inform your parents as to how you have been feeling, and go see a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

You should talk to your parents and tell them how you sometimes feel so they can take you to a doctor who is medically trained to find out what is actually troubling you and how to help you. You could be diabetic, and while that's easily treated it can become quite serious if you do not get proper treatment. I urge you to talk to your parents right away and make an appointment to see a doctor.

Go to your parents and ask them to take you to the doctor. It could be nothing but, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Since you already told your folks, try telling them that it keeps happening and you want them to take you to the doctor. If they don't believe you or won't do it, go to someone in your family and ask them to do it. Be insistent about it. Make someone take notice and help you.

You could have a vision problem or an inner ear problem that is causing your dizziness and nausea. You could also have a vagus nerve problem. See you doctor and ask him about these things.
