hi, i have a boat (sailboat)32 ft i also have a partner who owns half as well,we are both the same on the title and registration ,,,the title states when selling or transfering ownership you must both sign,becouse the title is like this ,,,,,,jane doe and john doe are the leagle owners,,,,, not jane OR john ,,,but jane AND john,,,NOW THIS ASSHOLE TOOK THE TITLE AND SOLD THE BOAT ,,,WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS,,,,BE SIDES KICK HIS F#####N ***,, PLEASE HELP

You can seek legal advice because he couldn't have sold legally or legitimately cause you didn't sign your half. So his sale is technically a non-sale and you can still claim your half.

You get a copy of the Title. Go on Judge Judy and Sue his ***!!! He not only owes you for half of what he got when he sold it, but he owes you pain and suffering because your children where devestated when you had them for the summer and you couldn't take the sailing. Use every Ace you have IF you know what I mean...

(1) call police and report stollen.
(2) Sue your partner for half.
