My husband snores so loud the wall cave in , well it seems like it . We have tried every thing except surgery, nothing has worked for us, so we start out together and I slip out when he gets into a deep sleep . This is not the ideal answer I know , however we all need to sleep and if you don't find an answer you will grow very bitter. GOOD LUCK SWEETIE !

I relate people in the next town call and complain out my husband.LOL.....You can try the snore strips or get him to lie on his side. There is also medical treatment as he may have a deviated septum (nose curved) if that don't work I watch T.V. until I can't keep my eyes open than I join in on the snore symphony. Good luck!

Well you can get a sleep study done. Most outrageous snoring is because your husband cannot breathe..After the sleep study your Insurance company will recommend a CPAP machine..After years of using the machine your husband will become addicted to the forced air into his lungs and will have to use it until his death. My solution was to receive surgery to septum tonsils adenoids uvula and rinoplasty..I sleep quietly all night and wake up early and the most refreshed In my entire life..The problem you'll face is the same as I did your insurance will deny the surgery..Threaten to sue because your husband's condition is life threatening..

You should have him evaluated by a sleep disorder clinic to determine whether or not he has obstructive sleep apnea. This is a condition that left untreated could eventually result in death. The treatment for this condition is usually surgery. The Dr. will remove tonsils, adenoids, uvula, soft pallet and sometimes a small portion of the tongue. Occasionally rhinoplasty is done as well to correct any type of deviated septum or nasal obstructions. In the end he will no longer snore and will have the energy of a squirrel.

There is a really helpful resource that will help him to cure his snoring naturally - you can take a look at it here: http://pkblogging.com/recommends/stopsnoring/
Hope it helps and you can get some sleep soon!
Take care

Get him evaluated at a sleep clinic. He could have sleep apnea. It is dangerous and can cause more health problems. If he is OK, then have him try those nose strips. You can also sleep in another room, but that isn't much fun.

the best thing is give him a suprise pleasure while he is sleeping. he will then get up and want to do it. after that both of you will be so tired his snoring should be a little lighter since he breathed hard to pound you. plus you should be really tired after that you'll be sleeping really good.

Get a camcorder and videotape him, then show it to him the next day. If that doesn't stop him, give him a swift kick in the a** everytime he snores.
