In 4 months you would be showing some you would think, no morning sickness? no wierd cravings? Considering you test negative, and unless your birth control is causing the delayed periods, you could have something serious that needs to be addressed. Speaking politely, go see your doctor !

you probably aren't pregnant.A lot of things can cause you to miss your period like the stress of worrying that your pregnant. You could even start to feel symptoms of pregnancy if you just think your pregnant.Your mind is very powerful it can really trick you .Just try not to think about your period and relax then you will probably start ,but It could be anything going on with your body especially if you have not been menstruating for that long.you should still go to the doctor to get checked out.You might want to get on birth-control this will regulate your cycle and keep you from wondering if your pregnant...

How old are you? could you be in the early stages of menopuse? It can start earlier that you think.. Do not have unprotected sex even if you think you can't get pregnant. My mother will be the first to tell you that is how she concieved ME!! She hadn't had a period and thought she was done with this stuff and went to the doctor to see if she was in Menopause and the doctoer tells her, Congratulations.!!!

Well have you had any signs of pregnancy such a fatigue (tiredness), cravings, sickness, spotting, etc.?? Also if it's been four months you should be able to tell physical appearance. I would check a doctor if you still think you are after you negative pregnancy test.
