like permently? i don't think it's possible...
but if your just trying to get a husky voice for singing a song or two i think you can just scream at the top of your lungs and try to kinda lose your voice... it'll put kind of a husky rasp on it

ummm...practice?? Why do you want to sound like her? It's not her fault like she's like that. I think heredity may have something to do with it.
