I never heard of vomitting coffee grounds but I have heard of it in the stool. I would call the doctor or if it's too late for today call the hospital to ask. Always better safe than sorry. Good luck

Yes, it could mean a bleed somewhere from the GI tract, and also, yes, call your doctor ASAP. Internal bleeding, no matter what the source, is nothing to mess around with.

Yes, "coffee ground" stool or vomitus can most definitely be an indicator of occult or "old" blood. This can certainly be a very serious problem. You should see your physician right away.

Yes. And an illness lasting longer that three days is serious. Possibly very serious. Don't call a doc, go! Drink lots of clear fluids on the way.

Unless you ate coffee grounds.....I doubt that you did. Then I would discuss this with your Doctor ASAP. It could be from internal bleeding of some kind or worst Cancer. Take care of yourself. See a Doctor.

It sounds like a GI Bleed, if your skin color has gotten pale you should go to the Emergency ASAP.
