I've heard that if you make a rinse with vinegar and water, it will help dandruff. Never tried it, though.

try using a tea tree shampoo & conditioner paul mitchell and regis makes a good one

if its a result of dry scalp, comb aloe through your hair an hour before shampooing
if it is a result of oily hair comb rubbing alcohol through your hair an hour before shampooing
