But this is only for floor plan and furniture placement. The sizes can be changed and also the furniture will shrink or enlarge. You'll have to measure your room and furniture going in it to get the best idea of how things will actually fit in your room.

If you're looking for a site that can help with room layout - furniture placement, etc. - I've used: www.slumberlandfurniture.com. It's helped a lot with figuring out what size furniture (i.e. - loveseat vs. 2 armchairs) would look best.
