need to get rid of tiny moles on the face and neck

Not that I know of...but you can have them removed. It's a simple task for a dermatologist.

do not use any meds over the counter they may cause more problems than you want to deal with after all you only have one face why dont you see a doctor he will probably be able to laser them off if they are not cancerous and i am sure they are not you will feel so much better when they are gone it is worth every penny you spend in the long run it is you you are just one no duplicates why wont you take good care of your self it will pay off in the long run okay? do not mess around with these lotions and potions because thsat is what they are lotionsd and potions nothing else forgive my bad typing it is past my bedtime and i am not in bed yet because i cannot find my best friend ramsey the cat good night and good luck

You can try Salicylic acid which is used to remove warts.
In case of moles, it is better to take doctor's advice.

Bleach creams may fade the color, but if you want to remove them...see a Dermatologist.....If you do it yourself, you may bleed to death...Good luck!
