From 1982 - 1998 my life was a road trip around Oahu as a taxicab operator. The 1st ten years I would average 100 miles a day with an easy 365,000 miles in that ten year period. However by 1992, I was pushing it to 150 miles a day to stay on top of the ever increasing living expenses & the decline of business. 200 miles a day was my last target which lasted less than a year. With log books to validate my averages, another 328,500 miles are added to the 1st ten years & I decided that no mater how many Lincoln Town Cars they make with sun roofs, white leather seats & smooth rides, my 738,500+ miles were enough for me to leave the driving to someone else!
The answer to your question is the same amount of gas mileage achieved while stopped at a light = Zero (miles per gallon)

110,000 on my 2002 Toyota Sienna. The most I have driven it was last summer, 11,000 miles in 59 days.
Last week I had my first real failure. The sliding door latches had problems, but that did not intefere with my driving. An A/F sensor failed and I had to have it replaced.
The exhaust is still original and solid when I checked it recently.
I do not plan to ever fly again. With the security idiots in charge, I simply do not wish to place my life in their hands.

I have a 2001 Honda Civic with 380,000 kilometers..............absolutely NO problems with the engine or the transmission...amazing!
(that would be about 280,000 miles)..........I teach driving in this vehicle which accounts for the high mileage. I get an oil change once a month. I get regular maintenance checks too....I change the transmission fluid every 80,000 km.............and I'll buy another one in 2007.......and as a PLUS, the new Honda Civic has a timing CHAIN----------yeehaw! Saves me about $400. every 100,000 kilometers........I love cars, I love driving and this little car has been a marvel.

Oh and a Ford truck somewhere in the 50's 60's.
That's an '89, '91, '98, '98, '03 and a '97 respectively.

274,000 miles on a 1989 Chevy Astro van. I think the motor will last longer than the body. The motor has never been rebuilt and still runs like new. Same with the transmission.
