There is nothing you can do to make your body taller than it is genetically destined to be. The best thing to do is work out all of your muscles and build a good physique.
What you should work on is your posture. Everyone would be a little taller if they held their torso in its natural position and exercised thier abdominal muscles, chest, back and shoulders and held themselves high instead of forward head like they are watching a computer screen.

You certainly want to avoid things that are known to stunt growth, but reality is that your height really depends on you genetics.
If you are truly worried, talk to your doctor about his/her thoughts on getting the human growth hormone ingection. It works.
Without knowing your age, weight, height, it is hard to answer your question.
Have you looked up growth charts and know for a fact that you are shorter than normal or are you just hoping to jump start your growth?
For sure, exercise helps people to grow. Sleep also helps. A balanced diet is always a good thing, but don't fall for the herbal hype or the eat all protein tricks. It can really be dangerous to your kidneys/liver and cause serious problems.
Good luck. Hope you find what you are looking for and grow as tall as you hope to be.

How old are you? It is known that at certain age, the human body just cannot grow up any taller, no matter what food you eat or exercise or whatever.

Streching is not neccessarily said to make you taller but it elongates the muscles, giving a taller appearance. I don't think you can actually make yourself taller but vitamins might be good just in case especially if you are a youth.

Basically you just have to eat healthy and exercise and take care of yourself. You really cannot do anything to make you grow taller, instantly. You have a destined height that you are going to be, and you cannot change that.

foods doesnt really matter. just eat balanced meals and stuff.
play basketball cause it requires jumping. and when you play volleyball, try to jump up and spike it. before you go to bed and right after you wake up in the morning, lean your back against the wall and lift your hands high along the wall. stretch yourself, hold 10 seconds, relax, and do that for like 3 times. jumping up and down also helps too

It is genetic, eat well and exercise properly. You will end up the exact height you DNA determines is best for you. What ever that is be comfortable with it. If you are too short be happy you are the last one to get wet when it rains.

Platform Shoes comes to mind. Ahh yes, a through back to the 70's.
Your only going to be as tall as your genetic pre-disposition allows you.
Weight gain and mussel growth is worthy consideration.
