I'm not talking about you physicically harming your cat yourself, but, letting your cat outside unsupervised (not on a leash or in a cat cage). you should be ashame of yourself if you did.

A cat shouldnt be outside at all unless you have him on a leash letting him sniff around outside. All it takes is one little disease to seriously screw up your cats life and leave you with a huge vet bill.

we take very good care of our cat, but always joke about abusing/hating her...she is a very needy cat in that she requires a lot of attention and needs to be "on" us all the time. "honey, why is the cat still alive?" is a frequent question in our household. it's a joke, we're not actually abusing our cat. and she never goes outside. never. she is up to date with immunizations, has been spayed....so no shame here!! now if you can just give me the secret formula that stops cats (and dogs, for that matter) from shedding...let us all know!! also would like to know some good kitty soup recipes. joke happening here.

Sophia, you poor thing! A cat like that can be such a trial!
I let my cats outside, but I don't live in a city. My babies go out to play everyday just like my kids do. I understand that for many people it is a safety concern to have to keep them in, and indoor cats live longer, but what negative vibes you are putting out to the universe to be accusing people the way you have done...tsk tsk!
Who peed in your cornflakes?

OK cat lover how do I get my 1 year old cat to stop peeing all over my brand new sofas and rug? She keeps bee-lining for the door every time someone opens it and I should just leave the damn thing out there.

If it wasn't for my kids having begged for this cat at a party it would not be here...but it is...I'm not one for critters in the house and this peeing business is hideous...I won't even change its litter...puke...the kids and hubby can do it...their pet...and even more disgusting to think what it would be chomping on if I let it outside and what it might drag in...eew...well....all I can say is I'm at the end of my rope here and if I catch this cat peeing on anything again it will be on a fast train heading up to the north pole. It pees everywhere and my house is starting to smell like a subway station toilet.

I don't think its mean to let the animal outside ... just as long as its not running all over the place

I have never physically harmed a cat- mine or someone else's! And I don't intend to, either.
