I'm just starting a diet and am trying very hard to keep to my eating plan. I'm taking in far fewer calories than I had been. What can I do to make this bearable while my body adapts?

chew some rolaids or tums, preferably the fruit ones that taste better. That gets rid of the pangs immediately...but they will come back. It's okay though, because calories are minimal for those. Then drink hot tea or something like that because the warm water will make you feel full.
