Heaven is the perfect place right. But lets say you die and go to heaven. When you get there your whole family is there except your dad. You love him more than the world, but he didn't make it to heaven because he didn't believe in God. Your heart would be broken. Would it really be heaven with out your beloved father? My point is if someone you love doesn't make it to heaven, how could that be heaven for you?

I was actually given a tract once that argued that on one day, god would line up everyone you haven't helped lead to salvation and have you watch them go to hell. then, i guess he wipes your brain clean or something.

It's all so silly and sad.

My precious precious father...

Question to you .....Would you rather be in heaven with Jesus , or in hell with your father ? Surely you would realize that your father was beyond the age of accountability , and certainly made his free will choices while on earth ..Pray for your father while he is still alive if he is not saved . If he has heard the Gospel preached and he chose to reject the teachings , then there is nothing else you can do for him but pray for God to have mercy on his soul & ask God to touch his heart and guild him toward salvation. You can lead by example .

You don't have to worry about that anymore. I've already asked GOD about your concern, and HE told me that HE will create a perfect clone for the beloved father in heaven while the real father rots in hell! Problem solved!! Praise the Lord. Bwa ha ha ha ha!

From my understanding when you get to Heaven you will remember who your loved ones were but since there is no pain in heaven you won't feel the loss of them not being there

I've thought about this scenario as well. my conclusion is this, if he made the choice not to be there then he wouldn't be happy if God forced him to be. So God will mercifully allow him his choice even though God loves him more than I ever can. And by the way, he won't burn in hell for ever. That idea came from the dark ages as a way to scare people and to make money off them. It's not Biblical. Yes there will be punishment by fire, but it will end and will be fair.

Heaven is pure joy and praise for God. There is no sadness. In fact, some suggest that in heaven, you will recognize people from your earthly life, but you will not love them any more than anyone else. In heaven the love is equal, and no matter what there is no sadness.

God bless!

Heaven is the perfect place which means there is no sadness. It says there wont be one tear in heaven. It is sad, the fact that not all are going to heaven.

We are not going to have knowledge of these things in heaven. In heaven there will be no sorrow at all. Therefore, we won't be having that kind of reaction.

By the way, I am fully aware that a person has a choice to make about who they say Jesus is. I cannot make that choice for them....no matter how close to me they are.

My father was 91 yeas old when he died. I had prayed for him for at least ten years. A week before he died, I came to the realization that he might not be saved. I also realized that my Dad was the one to make that decision for himself, not me. I was at peace with that. Four days before he died, my father said "yes" to Jesus Christ.

Heaven is a place where we become angels of the Lord. There are no families of angels. Every angel is in the same family with only one father. If your family goes to heaven you wouldn't call your dad: "father". or your mom "mother". We'll all be equals

Mormons say that you can get baptized for the dead and that someone in the spirit world will teach him the way and he can then accept God or at least have a second chance to accept God.
