I bought the tea (Wu Long) on line from their website. Just search on Yahoo. I have been using it for less than 2 weeks and have shed 12 pounds so far. I have not changed my eating habits but find myself eating less than I was. I really don't exercise at a gym or anything. I am constantly on the go but do walk about a mile 5 times a week. So far I am really happy with what is going on. It had got to be the tea, cause I have done nothing different for the past 3 months and I am now losing the extra weight. The tea is not cheap, but came with a money back guarantee, so when I tried it, I felt like there was nothing to lose.

I observed the advert for Wu long tea on RealAge.Com. Sounded too sturdy to be actual, yet for variety of $40 dollars, i'm waiting to objective, so I went forward and ordered. in case you pick, i will make it easier to comprehend the outcomes.

The only thing that works in tea is the caffeine. It's actually a stimulant, but it'll make you feel better. It might give you more energy to do more things and that might lead to weight loss. But it won't lead to much weight loss.

The only way you'll lose weight and become healthy is to change your diet and start exercising well. Eat balanced foods and avoid junk foods. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day 3 times a week. I know everyone says this, but it's the only way that works.

This is the only true answer. Anyone who tells you that you can become healthy without working somewhat hard in exercise and in food intake is a liar.
