Same guy. He can t use the moniker Famous Amos due to contracts signed when he sold the Famous Amos brand.

I highly doubt it. Famous Amos was supposedly some random cookie baker who came up with some amazing cookie recipe. Unless "professor" is just a casual nick name. I don't think Amos has Ph.D's or anything.
