It doesnt make her a pedophile, but she is sure making some bad choices. With her age they can charge her with statutory rape if his parents press charges. You should let her know that in case she is not aware. If that wont straighten her out, by all means tell your mom.

HOWEVER- when my big brother and i were younger i caught him doing some not so ok things with his gf at the time- he did the same thing he paid me off. I wouldnt have told anyways, but the money was nice! Sometimes siblings keep secrets to themselves unless someone can get hurt...

(side note- it is kinda gross to call your sister hot- maybe call her nice looking next time)

She's your sister--half or otherwise. Meaning you got to look out for your family. She gave you a bribe and obviously she feels bad and she understands she made a mistake. Do you feel she made a mistake? At the moment she didn't think so. She's still a teenager like you and you know sometimes things can get confusing. Both are underage but you are bothered by the age difference and it being you friend. Don't hold it over them. Nothing was damaged, no one was hurt. Let it go and give her back the money.

well she is 17 so I wouldnt think that would make her a phedohile until she was 18. That is pretty serious though. I would tell your mom just so everything is out there. Give your sister back her money. She apparently thinks it is wrong too cause she paid you not to tell. Yeah just tell your mom and everything I am sure will be okay. Just make sure that crap doesnt happen again. Make sure Chance goes with you.

Tell on her she shouldnt be doing that with a 13 year old and in some states it is illegal, I wouldnt let money keep me from doing the right thing and if you dont want your sister to end up pregnant by a 13 year old boy i would tell asap

I don't think you should tell, and I don't think she would be considered a pedophile. I do, however, think you should confront her on her lack of respect and dignity. How would she feel if the tables were turned? What if she were 13 and you were 17 and she caught you doing that? I don't think she would be very happy. Just ask her why she did what she did? I'm sure your friend is still reeling from and telling all his friends. She might want to consider those rumors circulating as well.

What your sister did is called saturtory rape and you should TELL your parents.....she shouldn't be allowed to get away with this vile act. A 13 yr old doesn't know his head from a hole in a ground and when putang is put in front of them they'll take what ever they can get! .....

Bribery of 250$ not to tell...Your step-sister knows she did wrong that's why she's willing to pay hush $$$$

TELL your parents today before the 13 yr tells his!!!

I would say that she is. Yes.....do your sister a favor and tell on her. This is serious stuff, sweetie! Something is wrong with her and you are party to it. You had better spill the beans! What if something worse happened and you could have prevented it if you had only told???? I would tell the kids mother, too! Here is a chance to make a good, responsible decision and to do what is right! I have kids and I sure would want to know.....to help them before they screwed up their whole life!

Let me get this straight. Your best friend Chance made moves on your sister?

Regardless if she's your step sister or not. Sisters are off limits.

Once he goes back to school he's going to say that he made out with your step-sister and thats not cool.

Yeah, this is certainly wrong. 17 year olds are at very different maturity levels as 13 year olds. Your sister is definately the one at fault here and needs to know that what she did was very wrong. If your parents are the wise adults they most likely are than they will help your sister out when you tell them about what happened. You did nothing wrong so dont be afraid.

What your sister did was very wrong and very disgusting......where does she get off doing that with a child.......13 years old is concidered a child and to do what she did is wrong and she knows it or she wouldnt be paying you off not to tell.....she is in the wrong and doesnt want to face it or the conquences that is why she doesnt want you to tell.

You should tell your mom and let her know what your sister is up to in her house. I dont think your mom would like for your sister to be doing that under her roof......she needs to know so she can put a stop to it. As far as the money .....give your step sister back the money ......you dont need that kind of bribe money....I know i couldnt keep it in good concious.

Good luck to you and God bless
