my boyfriend got sick all summer and i missed all of my vacation for him and now he is better. but i don't think he wants to be with me any more but i think the only reason he is staying with me is because he feels like he owes me. but i don't want to be with him if he doesn't like me anymore so should i break up with him? please help!!!

I think you need to "free him" to do what he wants. If he says I want to be there it is a commitment he is making to the relationship - and that is good. You just need to have a long talk together to determine that he wants to be there above anywhere else. It is a very difficult conversation - but you will never know unless you do it. AND if you do it and it is successful your love will grow exponentially

Don't try to hold on to someone who doesn't love you; you might miss the person that really does.Love and marriages based on obligation are bound to fail.Its only a matter of time before resentment sets in.
Tell him you love and walk away...!At least, that way he will know that someone did love him.When things happen to people their thoughts get cloudy, this way one day he will know that he was truly loved.

Yeap just break up. Love is love. Gratitude is gratitude. Don't mix them. The breakup will come sooner or later so might as well bite the bullet now and move on

You know the answer, both of you need to move on. There is no feelings anymore but obligations. Let him go, and free yourself and move on to anothe relationship.
I gather that both of you are still young. The world is an oyster, you will find one that suits you.
