For everyone that answered my question, i didnt make this question to brag or anything, I made another question about how much the average ring was and almost ever women said 6k + the prices doesnt matter, only shallow poeple it matters to

In all fairness- my dream ring cost about 6 grand- however the ring that I got was closer to 1200- i love it nonetheless because the man i love got it for me- i wouldnt change it for the world!
Its not about how much a ring costs, its about the love that was put behind the CHOOSING of the ring...

Not a lot, but it's the ring I wanted from the man I wanted, so it's worth way more than money.
If all you're worried about is the cost of the ring, you have no business getting married.

Im getting married next year and i dont have an engagement ring and its fine with me its being together with the one you love that counts at the end don't you think?

Does it really matter? How superficial is that? It isn't how much the ring cost, but rather what it symbolizes that counts.

dont know and dont really care to tell you the truth.. it shouldnt matter how much your ring is but what should matter is that your going to be marrying that person you love

why should price have anything to do with it....... do yo love him
do you want to spend the rest of your life with him....
Let me tell you .... my husband and i did the best thing ever
we made our ring out of cotton ....Yes ..... It was pure , Fresh, white and from the heart..... we used it at the church.... on our honeymoon we exchanged our real rings and made it something to look forward too....and it was different......

mine was $34.99 and it looks like it was $6000, it's lovely, and it was from the one that i love. you don't want to spend all the money on the ring, and don't have nothing to show for it later.
