Yeah, I get headaches during storms. I think it's the air pressure change.

What Jakes'n'Shakes said. There are some pretty wild things going on with air pressure during storms, and I'm pretty sure that it actually does cause more headaches than people realize. It's similar to how some people who've had bones broken will always feel an ache there when the weather is about to change.

Actually I've noticed that my head hurts when thunderstorms are coming...I've been told that the barometric pressure drops in the air and that some people who seem to be more sensitve to it can get headaches or even migraines.

Yes. Several possibilities:
1. changes in atmospheric pressure;
2. changes in the humidity levels in the atmosphere which affects the way you absorb oxygen when you breathe and may therefore the oxygen in your blood and brain;
3. subsonic sounds created by the storm (e.g., thunder-like rumblings which are too low for most humans to hear, but which can still affect you.)
4. abrupt changes in light levels due to lightning, dark clouds, etc. causes the eyes to make rapid adjustments which create stress and therefore headaches.
