A lot of people men especially are afraid of commitment but i don't think its lame i think he is just being honest.

He is being honest. Sometimes, people tell the truth and many times others do not want to hear the truth. If this is the truth, then accept it. You do not want to be with someone who is afraid of commitment and commits and is not true and faithful to you anymore.

I don't like commitment, but I would not say that I am afraid of it. Anyway don't worry about it. Enjoy the no strings attached relationship and see other people.

when you dating for a long period of time and feelings for someone it is hard to let that person go - that is why i meditate and train my mind to change it. and anyone else can do this too.
