I kept a lot of secrets from my bf for over a year. Namely, that I cheated on him and had an abortion for someone else while I was with him. He freaked when I finally told him. But we worked through it. Eventually, I got his name tattooed on my inner thigh as a symbol of my commitment to him...not suggesting that it was a good idea or that anyone should do the same but we've been together for 10 yrs now. Truth is the best policy. Even if you don't get your way in the end...the reality is you don't have the right to make decisions for someone else's life--and when you keep secrets that what you're doing--taking away the right for someone to make their own decision.

Never...and I don't think I ever could, not just because I don't want to lie to him, but he knows me too well. He knows my entire life story, and then some - because he's been a part of it since day one...literally. We were born within days of each other, had crips side by side in the hospital, and were best friends all throughout our childhood. We were the type of people that everyone hated, because we were so close. Everything that happened happened to both of us...and by the time we found out that we were each others soulmates, we already had a bond of trust that went deeper then I could even begin to explain. We had been through allot of dark stuff, and it was really hard...but because we were all that each other had, we told everything for comfort and support. There has been a couple times where I wish he didn't know everything there was to me...but at others its nice, because he DOES know all that I am, like, feel, think...everything that makes me who I am.
If I ever were to keep something from him though, I know he would forgive me. He would be hurt, but in the end, our love is stronger then grudges and anger. He's told me that if I ever had an affair on him, he'd be devasted, but he'd forgive me, because he loved me that much, and that we belong together. That even if I got pregnent with another mans child, he would raise them as his own...because my blood is his blood. And if I were to ever hurt him intentionally, he would be ok, because he knew that I would fix his heart after I realized what a horrible thing I had done.
Unconditional love in it's truest form.
Be honest with your S/O. You'll be thankful you did.

Yes. I slept with a friend. I didn't tell my partner. As it is a once time thing and won't happen again. It happen when we both had too much of a drink and were on a work trip together. He can't surpress his feelings at that instant when we did it. After that we both felt wierd. It wont happen again and my partner and I are very much in love.
Though there should be no secret between partners, but some secrets are better left untold. So what if I tell him, he will felt betrayed and our lives will never be the same again. I will never tell him this secret and it will be left buried.

Yes i do, If it is a secret then I will not be telling anyone except myself to know. Thru experience, I would say that for some secret are better to bury together with my body. Some secret if it is not good for people what say it, right. That will be better and healthier for everyone.

No, what you see is what you get. I tell them everything because they need to accept me for who I am, what I was, and who I will be. Usually secrets are discovered anyway, so it is pointless to keep them.
