you move on and don't look back and don't be her friend because
that's only going to hurt you believe i liked a girl but she did not like me back and she was my friend for a while and i always had the hope of one day go out with her but that never happened and it really hurts when you like somebody and you see someone else going out with her.

Unfortunately you are going to have to move on.Some people are just not meant to be together but don't give up there is someone out there for everyone, including you.Beside that, you can't force people to like you and if you could would you really think the relationship would last?
