To avoid any problems with other people being bitten by your dog or injured by it's agresssiveness...it is prudent to leash your dog when not in your home....

most county's have a leash law. you should always keep your pet on a leash for his own protection. you never know what can happen. and for your own protection with larger dogs, a leash is best.

Contact your local police department. You really should have your dog on a leash whenever you have them in an unsecured area for your protection and the dog's!

most every county has a lesh law and local law enforcements
should be able to answer this question. A lesh protects you and your dog from harm, so consider using one for safety reason
no matter how trained your dog may be. safety first!
