so nice of you.
she must want to make an effort too.
if you have been trying to make her feel very accepted but her response is lukewarm then you'll have to respect her decision.

Invite her to go out to a new restaurant for lunch where neither of you have been before. And afterwards, go window shopping at the local mall and try on outfits that you would not ordinarily wear.
Leave brother dear at home. But if you have another sister, invite her along too. Without your brother being there, you may be surprised to find out that you have common interests and may actually have some fun. Afterwards, send her a thank-you card letting her know how much you appreciated her time and how much you enjoyed your "girls" day out. Good luck!

Speak to your brother that you would like to be close to his g/f and accept her into the family. If he is really close to her he will express this to her. To keep a relationship without getting stale can be achieved by keeping a arm lengh distance. Whenever his g/f comes just be warm and cordial. Do not pry much into her life. Time alone is the answer for everything.

Just be as cordial and as friendly as you can. I mean, she is interested with your brother, not you. But, it takes some time for a person to interact with the family. Maybe she is checking to see how long the relationship is going to last before she feels comfortable enough to get " close" with your family.

Tell your mother to invite her to some of your family gatherings. If that does'nt work, then I would say she probably does'nt want to get close to the family. Maybe she's having some issues with her own family.

Say to her "I'd like to spend time with you, as I feel you are becoming part of the family".
I wish my husbands sisters had done this with me all those years ago.

take her out for some coffee, or shopping, or some other activity you and her could do together, and without anyone else, especially your brother, as this will help her to become more at ease with you.

that is nice of u to want to make this person feel so welcome but maybe she does not want to move too fast and get used to your family and then they have a terrible break up and everyone suffer. just give her time.
