I'm really not a pork eater, but I can hook up a mean ham and turkey. I put brown sugar, Cinnamon, cloves, and pineapple slices on my ham. For my turkey, I usually smoke it real slow for about 10hrs. I think this year I'll try to fry it. I screwed up the last one I tried to fry!

Turkey on Thanksgiving, but ham over Christmas. We have the best combo. Different holidays deserve different entrees.

My father in law does a spread... Turkey, Ham, Pork shoulder, a beef roast of some kind.. then about any side dish you can think of collards, mac and cheese, corn, green bean cassarole, mash potatoes, potato salad, slaw.... and 2-3 pies and cakes, cookies... That man loves to cook...
