We just got some new neighbors about a few weeks ago.
They are from Iran and just moved in with their big family.
Well whenever I'm outside in my family's pool I see a young girl in the family all of 14 yrs.old walk outside with garbage bags in hand and go where I can't see her then when she comes back theres no garbage in her hands! I think there throwing it over my fence because today my dog found out we have three raccoons in our backyard! And our other neighbors accross the way told us they found a full grown raccoon and the game commision took it away so it was probably the mother. To tell you the truth we have never had a rodent problem like this before, and the other day I found a dead mouse,I here tons of flys by the fences, that all concluded to them possibly thorwing their trash over my fence! Should I call the health department or game commision??? HELP!?! THANKS! :)

It's hard to see because we have alot of vines and tree branches, and tall grass, and any other crap imanginable growing on our fences.
Local neighbors have quoted that they have seen skunks near by,we have seen raccoons, and a dead mouse.
Other neighbors have complained to them about NOT keeping their garbage in a garbage container.
I can't see their trash b/c it's too far away but I know it's there, the only way I know I can see it is if I pysically get into their backyard and check but their childre our always out there!
I did however see two garbage bins fallen over w/ nothing in them, but thats all I can see since it's hard to tell.
Well thanks I hope I get some good advice!

put a ''keep America beautiful or go home '',sign in ur back yard i would try to watch and catch her on video tape then you would have proof otherwise I'm sure youll hear they wont do nothing about it . i think i would call city hall and ask them what to do about it . they may be piling it up in the corner of their lot and there is city ordinance against that.good luck !

You didn't see her throw the garbage over the fence? You are just assuming? Maybe you could speak to the adults in the house and if that's not possible then call whomever you need to. Keep the rodents away with whatever it takes.

Yeah, sickening behaviour! Glad I don't live there!
I'd have 'head of household' knock on their door & present the theory & learn their reaction. It would seem that the problem should be solved there! If not, without a week of hesitation, the full compliment of pest controllers, sanitation department & the police would have the documented schedule of abuse & the situation would be rectified!

If the garbage is in your yard then call the police. If the garbage is not in your yard then call the health department. If you have a home owner's association then also contact them.

Call the police - it's called dumping. There is probably something in their garbage that will identify them Since it is your property, try to get a picture of them throwing it in your yard.

You should talk to them first. You can either ask them straight up or say something like, "I didn't know if you knew, but trash day (or whatever it is where you live) is . . . ." If this doesn't work, you can contact law enforcement/city officials/health department. Good luck!

You should prob ask them first, or try to catch them red handed. If they still do it after you say something....call the police. They will straighten it out. Good luck

how about anonymously leaving a note about it and tell them that if they won't stop or if you catch them doing it again, you'll report them to the police or the right dept.
