Doesn't sound like pnemonia but maybe better opinions out there. Pnemonia usually involves coughing up alot of phlam over the past several days like being hard to breath because of lung congestion. unusual color of the spit like a deep yellow or green, and fleeting feelings of being very tired and sweating alot and then feeling just fine. Your symptoms could be an indication of problems with the flow of oxygenated blood back to the heart and your doctor should be aware of this ASAP. He will know its significance based on what he did in surgery.

the best thing to do would be to check webMD, there may be different signs and symptoms that most people don't know about that you may have. that's happened to me many times, wouldn't hurt to check it out. especially given your circumstances and such, would be in your best bet.
