No. Yugoslavia was changed to the union of Serbia & Montenegro in 2002. That union broke up earlier this year. So, Yugoslavia is now history.

It has returned to the 4 different countries existing before Tito.

Yugoslavia doesn't excists for more than 16 years!there are 6 new counrties now:Serbia,Croatia,Slovenia,Bosnia and Herzegovina,Montenegro,and a fromary yugoslav republic of macedonia!
