take some chamomile tea, and then lay down and it should calm you down and let you take a nap for a little bit, just rest your probably either stressed or tired and your running on adrenaline. and if you ever cant sleep go to the store and get some chamomile tea, good stuff, can taste gross at first but after a while it starts to taste ok. hope that helps.

Yawning can occur for numerous reasons, that varies from just being bored to having a serious health condition. If being bored is the starter of your yawning, stretch out exercise talk to friends etc.now if that is not the case certain antidepressants and other epileptic medications may cause yawning too. Another thing is a possible heart condition but for that you would need to see a physician.

A lot of medications can make you yawn (antidepressants for one). If you're not on any meds, or if this continues and you are on meds, you need to see a doctor. It could mean something more serious. You may also be exhausted and just not know it. Good luck!
