I made homemade seasoning because I don't have time to goto the store and get a pack. But now I don't know how much water I need inorder to make these tacos right. The seasoning I made is a recipie from online, and according to it, I have the equivilent to one pack of seasoning. Maybe you can grab a pack and glance at it for me please?

Why can't you simply "eyeball" it. Add a little bit of water at a time until you get the consistency that you want.
Remember: you can always add more water, but you can't take it away.
