Bunt, I suspect you are just pulling people's chains, but I will answer the question.
I think the only thing that CAN pass before the elections is a border security bill. There will be no compromise between the two bills before then, Congress only has two working weeks before the elections.
Some theorize that a lame duck Congress might pass 'something' at the end of the year, but I think poeple are too far apart, and it will take new legislation drafted next year to get anything that hits more than enforcement/security.
Just my thoughts, but there it is.
I don't think the Senate Bill has even technically gone to the House yet, to give you an idea....

For everyone else.
There has always been laws that will deport or jail ilegals. There has always been laws that fine or jail employers who hires anyone with out a SS card. Then there are lasw that put you in jail for cheating on your taxes meaning not paying them.
I have yet to understand why there is a need to pass new laws.
Just inforce the ones we have now is all that is needed.
But they can pass a new raise in pay for themself. That bill went right through huh?

Never, because congress wants this country's breakdown. This is how they'll get rich and control the world someday. They'll dillute our society with flaming liberals and vote Democrats or corrupt Republicans (now) in that will stand there and tell us we should be more "human" to these lawless people and then, knowing that half of America is brainwashed and the other half are too dumb or scared to do anything about it, will continue to pay for other countries to overpower us and profit from the results of investing in these other lands. All on your's and my dime. The majority of Illegal's are Mexicans who will go along with anything they are given for free because they’re too stupid to see, the basic economic impact of them residing in our country destroys everything we have strove to achieve. When our ancestors came here this (our economic machine and its balancing mechanisms) did not entirely exist.
The fact that we have to explain it to them indicates that they are uneducated and or uncaring. All Illegal's should take a basic Economics class then come back and ask why we are angered. For everyone's edification, we have loaned Mexico and a number of third world countries Billions upon Billions of dollars only to cancel the debts over and over again. This is an effort to create a one world nation or rather a one world bank (once again refer to the Economics class). This has only served to reduce our worth (see; GNP) to nothing both physically and in terms of real world impact (The fact that I struggle to pay for MY three children) AND pay for free Welfare, pre-natal services, Medical, Medicare, WIC, food stamps, Housing and everything else for over 17,000,000 ILLIGAL residents who for the most part send their earnings BACK to their homes in these already bought and paid for third world countries, and NOT into our TAX system.
My advice is for them to stop living as criminals and get out before they spark a civil war. But they will not so... Americans may in fact just grow a set of balls and stand up for once. But I doubt it...

How much time? Well we do have an election coming up.
BUT........I think your REAL question is........how much longer must we stand those AWFUL African-Americans. Isn't that what you really wanted to say?
Did you think that leaving your HOME country you would escape people of color? I can honestly say......AND THIS IS FROM THE HEART. I have NEVER Met, cyber-encountered, read about......anyone as racist as you when it comes to African-Americans. You are the biggest, ignorant racist I have EVER encountered and people still listen to you and don't see it.
