Yes animals go through puberty, mostly mammals though. The most common changes can be seen in humans, then followed by prim-apes.
There are other animals out there that have things sort of like puberty, some male birds do not get their magnificent plumage until they are ready to mate along with many other animals that use visuals for attracting mates.

well sort of. Female dogs get in heat when there bodys are ready to have babys like girls and there piriods and male dogs have a point in there life when they hump everything in sight kind of like teenage guys so yeah I guess so. : )
