talk to someone that you know and trust, it always helps to talk with another person and let it all out. Or you can hang with some o your best friends and do something fun, that helps relieve stress. You can also play some sports. Hope I helped and hope you feel better.

Sounds like you need to make time for you. Set aside a little time for you each day. Whether it's to take a bath instead of shower (or extra long shower) or just read a book. I like sitting outside watching the traffic go by. If you feel stressed at work or school or something else. Just take a minute to breath deeply. If it helps try scribbling on a piece of paper then tearing the paper to shreds (I've done that before, it totally gets pent up emotion out of your system).
Calm down girl. You'll thank yourself for it. And stop spreading yourself so thin. It's not healthy.

Well, it appears to me that you feel overwhelmed....what helps me in such situations is talking to a trusted friend or even venting to them...if you have no such person, you could just write out what you feel...you need to do something that will act like an escape valve for the mounting pressures in you. Drugs and alcohol are not the answers...they will just add to your problems in the long run. So talking things out, and also involving yourself in activities you enjoy to take your mind off your troubles, are the best way for you to go in my veiw. I don't know your religion, or if you beleive in God, but my personal experience has been that when cry out to Him in times of trouble, I always get an ease...the problem may not go away instantly, but at least I experience His strength sustaining me...so that is something else you can try.

Well since I don't know what you are going through than you make this hard to answer. Find some ways to vent. Talking with a friend, working out, or do things that relax you.
If you want to help yourself spend sometime finding solutions and controlling your own destiny.
Good luck!

Try relieving stress by talking to a friend about your problems or try working out. I jog or play some tennis when I'm stressed out.
